I’ve never been to a morgue, and I don’t ever want to go. I feel like the more I can avoid going there, the better and healthier life I am leading, because I’m not dead. I love eating out, but I realize that eating all that fat food shortens the time between me and my eventual arrival on my deathbed. I want to delay that time as long as possible, so I try not to go to the places that take me there.

Not going out to eat just means that I get to make food for myself at home. Now that I’ve chucked all the unhealthy things into the big, black bin outside the only things left for me to eat are the healthy stuff.

Surround Yourself With People Who Have Similar Diet Values

The people we associate with severely influence our behavior. It makes life a lot easier if you can find associations that promote your health needs instead of contradict them. Finding some kind of support group, like an online HCG diet forum is a great way to meet like-minded individuals. There are enough people in the world that you can find some that will help you along your way. There are even ways to get your current friends and family to be helpers and not contradictors. But whatever you do, you need to eliminate everything you can that has potential to come back and tempt you to go back to old habits later.
